Finally got the hang of using some different tools, made a difference. Still very time consuming, but turned out well. I really like the black aluminum. Going to make some crystal calls next, I already know how those will work.

I have found some high speed tools work good on corian, it all depends on the quality of the steel to be able to hold a good edge. Carbide works wonders on corian with minimal effort you might want to give one a try one day.

I want to try carbide, just have to save my pennies till I can afford it
