The Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnerships had also been talking about this subject and had a petition to Congress about the subject. I think I also saw an article in Outdoor Life about a potential sale of public lands

I listened to the podcast video Cowboy posted. Typical stuff the politicians like to pull. No real solid plan in place and using parliamentary procedure to bury it in another piece of legislation. That was my take away at least.

But have you considered how much cheaper bread and eggs will get if we aren't wasting money on wild places that aren't producing anything, let alone bread and eggs?!
