So i have a Doug Morgan trumpet i hunt some and this weekend i somehow managed to lose my lip stop... any idea on where a fellow may get a replacement? It was just a black rubber lip stop.
I bought a package of 25 test tube caps with holes in them from Amazon. They are not perfectly round. You can use a drill bit and turn it by hand to get the size right.

6 can find rubber lid stops at hardware stores. They are usually found around the special bolts, screws, ect, that are in the pull out drawers.

I can make you a lip stop. No cost to you if you have a pic of what it looked like I can try to replicate it.
