Yea I have a few I know would bring some but I don't really want to sell them. A couple of trumpets and my Marlin Watkins calls. I have a Chestnut and ipe Longbox with Holly Inlay on the top by Ernie Fetters (Shade Mountain Calls) and a boat paddle from Raulph "Snozz" Snoddgrass The box is made from walnut wood from his uncles basement and is belived to be 60 years old. The Lid is made from Brazilian Walnut but I will be listing the last two I think. The "Boss" call made from Brazilian Kingwood. Call maker Ted "Pete" Peters would be a quick seller I think but I am going to try to avoid that.

Wow! I should have kept my Outlaw Hen. When I ordered mine 4 or 5 years ago I didn't get a signature or the cool case.

I have a second one that was given to me by a member here, I did not thing it was right to seel that one because it was a gift. Getting my girlfriends ashes to Michigan means more to me than a call does, I miss her every day. She put up with me and I owe it to her for making me feel like I belonged for the first and only time in my life. She was my everything.

I don't want to sell, I need to sell. I always thought my nephews would be selling my stuff when I died. Jane has an older sister that is the last one left, she is one reason I am trying to raise the money faster by selling calls rather than just saving up over time, I think she should help spread her sisters ashes but she has health problems as well, she just had to have a few stents put in. I want her to be a part of it and to be honest I want to hear some stories from her about when my Jane was young. I miss her so much.

I'm sorry you're finding yourself in this situation Steve. I hope you get top dollar for that call! I don't think anyone would judge you for selling whatever you need to sell. I know you have a nice collection. Wish I had the funds to buy one from you. I'm still saving up gas money for the season.

It's okay bud, I guess all my buying is doing me some good now, to be honest I am not sure I am going to be able to hunt another 2 or 3 years, the pain in my knees alone is incredible as it can be in the foot that I had surgery on and it has made getting out very hard for me, just siting at the computer can make both hurt, I need to buy a chair but want one for bigger people as my weight increased so I want a heavy duty chair and that is going to cost me 500 but has to be put on the back burner until after the trip. It should help my legs as this one drops to where my chest is equal with my desk and puts a lot of stress on my knees. I also now have glaucoma and seeing anything up close is getting hard, I have not been able to read a book in 2 years which sucks because I have lot of books and I can't really see the controls on my camera, I can read on my computer and on my phone because I can increase the size of the print so I am not sure I will have use for calls much longer anyway I hate to say. I will go out as long as I can though, I need to be around them, I need to hear them, they do something special for me that I really can't explain, I just love them.
