Title: Lacrosse Venom II Snakeboot Input Please
Post by: 10th Legionaire on February 27, 2025, 04:40:58 PM
I am bouncing around new boot options and was wondering a couple things about these boots. Before I ask questions I'm assuming they're not as waterproof as a rubber boot and don't have the ankle support of a Crispi or Kenetrek etc.

1- Just how waterproof is the "waterproof" side zipper and how high is the tongue gusset?

2- How would the ankle support be if I were to wear them in the mountains?

Thanks all

I had the og I guess. I'm hoping your mileage is better. Hot as all get out and leaked so bad I never once again used them. And that was less than a mile on them.

Now there rubber boots. They're ok and about like any other rubber I've worn

Vaprtrek is made by Irish Setter.
lacrosse has their own brand of boots.  Not sure which ones you mean.

I'm an idiot. Thanks for the correction. Post title corrected

I was asking about the Lacrosse Venom. Somehow confused myself.
