Not very far from where Joe Slanton (trkyhntr) and his son Joey baged a Mississippi Hardwoods bottom longbeard I called in 4 gobblers , me and another fellow doubled-up. ( daughters ex-boyfriend not allowed to post his picture) Still a great morning !!!

This next one was my second hunt with my good freind Stephen ( Lx trkyhtr) I some how manged to knock a gobble out of big boy , but he stayed just put of range but his younger budy could not stand the soft yelps he was hearing form the gobbling champion.

This was the turkey where Robin killed the double. Thats a great hardwood bottom. I could hunt there every day. BTW it was freezing cold and rainy this morning. It snowed on us the night before, in MS. I didn't know that could even happen.

Preacher killed this bird a couple of days after I got mine, I am not sure if he shot it or took it out in a wrestling match, it could have been a combination of both! :TooFunny: :TooFunny: :TooFunny:

This was the first turkey I killed in that bottom. I love that place.
