Title: Favorite striker for aluminum pot call

I'm looking to buy a couple one piece strikers for an anodized and unanodized pot call I have. I like purpleheart, wenge, zebrawood, and tulipwood.

What do you recommend?

I made one last week out of teak that ran real well on anodized aluminum

Padauk and birdseye maple come to mind.

My lights out aluminum sings with Dymondwood.  I also like padauk, both sound good...

i have a lightsout dymondwood that sounds awesome on every single call i have tried it on.i would highly recommend it.i am sure it is the agate dymondwood.
