Looking for input on value please. I'm considering trimming down my turkey call collection and have been out of the space for a bit.
I acquired both of these calls directly from Mr. Buice 10+ years ago, but over that time I've slowed way down on turkey hunting, kids have gotten older, and our family interests have changed significantly. These amazing calls have been relegated to a display cabinet and honestly deserve a lot more than that. I'm considering, but don't have to sell, these calls to put towards a bucket list experience for my family (an Alaskan vacation this summer).
First up is a Buice Osage trumpet with a #4 push in mouthpiece. I have several other mouthpieces that I could add for a package or swap if someone wanted something else.
Next is arguably the crown jewel of my collection. I said I'd never sell it when I got it, but times change. In the 20+ years that I've been in the turkey call space, I don't know that I've seen more than a couple of this combination from Mr. Buice and doubt you'll ever see many for sale. Jerusalem Olivewood with a push in wingbone mouthpiece. It's an amazing call... it deserves to be somewhere with someone that can appreciate it vs sitting on a shelf in a guest bedroom.
