I ran one of Anthony's aluminum trumpets at Unicoi in 2022 and decided to make an order. My name came up a few weeks ago and this recently arrived. Very, very proud to show this off.

That is a nice caller! I am on his list and considered one of those aluminum calls. Do you think the sound "pops" more so with the aluminum versus a wood call? I never ran one like that.

Thanks

I suspected they would be a little "bright" before I ran one. Afterwards, all I could think of was "smooth as silk"!!!

100% agree with Tony. I was amazed at how easy and smooth the call ran at Unicoi and this one is the same. To my ear, the sound is a little different than a wood call, but in a good way.  He has several videos on his site and I think you can hear the difference in those as well, but it's subtle. I really considered an osage call, but am very happy that I went with the aluminum.

I have one in the t5 configuration.  It's an amazing trumpet and plays clear and crisp.  Very nice call.

Congratulations on a great trumpet. Anthony's trumpets are works of art and all turkey.
