I'm currently running this vest...

Looks similar to the ALPS Super Elite 4.0.  They are on sale at Rogers Sporting Goods for $69.99 right now.

Yep, it looks like that one is the next generation/version of the Elite vest.  I'll order one and hope it's as good as my current version has been for me.  Thank you!!
