Title: Drew A Michigan Bear Tag.

Got the good news from the DNR. I drew a tag for the Red Oak black bear zone. It is probably the toughest area to be drawn for. Kamski 1151 has been giving be daily reports on the bear population at our deer camp.Lots of sightings and lots of doo doo. Im really pumped cause one of the bears is a chocolate phase.My last tag was probably 9 - 10 years ago and I gave it away to a youth cause I had just had surgery. Time to start stockpiling bait in the freezer. :z-guntootsmiley: :z-guntootsmiley: :z-guntootsmiley:

Congrats!

I drew last year and hunted Red Oak myself. While no bear, had a great time and won't ever forget the hunt. Looking forward to seeing some success pictures!  :z-guntootsmiley:

Congrats Billie, Woldnt it be awesome to have a pic of that choclate bear hanging between a few does from the early doe hunt on your buck pole, hoping you ace that bear while I am up there to see it
