We often try and fix one fresh.  I just pluck and it goes in the oven like a Butterball.  Wife uses a meat thermometer since a wild bird really cooks quick.  Lots of real butter for basting.  Surviving legs get thrown in but I'll usually  buy some store bought legs to add to the mix.   3 legs already pulled from this one I think.  Can't remember. It's last years. I say that a lot.

See I took the resize to a different level.  Better than too big.  lol.
