You have the camo you wear, boots and hat, weapon and ammo and vest. What 5 things do you bring? Think carefully. You want to legally harvest your turkey. I dont think I can successfully and legally do it. This should be all over the map, lol. Z
Same things I always bring,
1. Wet Wipes
2. Fire starter
3. Chapstick
4. Pouch of mouth calls
And if I have to fill that last spot
5. 1 pot call

You did say, "You want to legally harvest your turkey." With that said.
# 1 License.
# 2 Map of the area or property lines.
# 3 Some areas a Permission letter to hunt the area you are in.
# 4 If you hunt out of state a rule book to refresh yourself on the rules in your area or the state your hunting.
# 5 First Aid Kit
I don't see calls included so I'm assuming you meant it that way.
1. Trumpet
2. Wallet with license
3. Cellphone (mapping/gps)
4. Peanut butter and crackers
5. Water
I am pretty minimalistic when I hunt anyway, but I usually carry several more calls. But I would stick to a trumpet or air operated yelper as it would work regardless of weather conditions. License for legality. Phone for emergencies, location, etc. Then food and water to get me through if a long day.
I posted a video of my vest dump last year and everyone acted like I was packing enough stuff for an overnighter lol. I didn't think I was carrying that much.

Wet wipes, mouth calls, pot call, binoculars, bug spray
1) Calls
2) License
3) Thermacell
4) Snacks(water)
5) Decoys
In some states you're going to need a pen. They require you to sign the tag when you kill.
License
Calls
Stuff to condition calls
Optics
Two of those pens that write under any condition to fill out report tag after I have recovered turkey.

1. Fully charged phone (includes license and navigation)
2. Calls
3. Wet wipes
4. Clif bar
5. Bug net and spray
1)Phone-which has license synced, so even if not in cell range I have license, can check bird in on phone, and can use Basemap for property lines. Some of the places I hunt have little service, so I pre download those areas.
2)Thermacell (I spray down with bug spray before I leave)
3)water
4)Binoculars, rarely need them but love it when I do have them
5)Striking paper of some sort (usually a handful of paper towels)
License
Pen
Headlamp
Turkey tote
Cell phone
Wire cutters
Lawyers cell #
Extra overnight snacks
Change of street clothes
Bail money ...
You know the normal stuff a dirty south fella needs ...
Calls
TP
Water
Fresh pair of socks
Phone
1. Calls (2 box, 2 pots) and conditioners plus chalk
2. Gatorade
3. T P
4. Hand Pruners
5. Cell phone, licenses with a pen
Water, wipes and a pen for the tag. And I usually carry some snippers.
Assuming that license and wallet is in my pants and included...

If each call is a separate item:
Box call
2 diaphragm calls
TP
Snacks/water
My actual vest:
2 box calls
2 scratch calls
Chalk
Bunch of diaphragm calls (in a diaphragm wallet around my neck)
Gobble call
Face mask
Binoculars
TP
Lens wipes (for glasses and binoculars)
Utility knife
Phone
food/snacks/water
Shoe laces (which have been used for more than spare laces on several occasions)
I too will assume license and tags are included...
1. Mouth Calls
2. Tick repellant

I can't make it with 5 individual items. Gloves would be one item, "calls" would be multiple items. But I like the creativity, lol. Z

3. Trumpet
4. Toilet Paper
5. Bottle of Water
Phone ( has license, Onx )

Like others have stated, my list is too long to be limited to five items, but the things I always carry nowadays that have not been listed are a video camera and tripod. As the remaining three items, I will add my cell phone, hydration in some form, and one other thing.
1.) Phone with On X, hunting regs, sunrise / sunset, and license information on it.
2.) Calls
3.) Face mask (if not included in camo) or a seat cushion (if not included with my vest)
4.) Insect repellant if needed (location, time of year, temp)
5.) Maybe a jake decoy
All i can add is i do carry a phone recharging pack and a small little first-aid kit with some extra ibuprofen.. In the first - aid kit i just have a small variety of needs etc.. Always a couple packages of sting kill / aicohol wipes along with band-aids ...
Also i carry a few of the Zeiss / Lens wipes packages for cleaning my optic and binoculars form all that spring pollen.
I carry everything else mentioned above...
I'm carrying more than 5 things, but not a ton more. Couple calls, water, some sort of breakfast bar, face mask/gloves, binoculars.
But none of those are as important as a thermocell...

I was thinking along the lines of being legal and that is why I wrote my first response.
I go into the woods with the essentials everybody already mentioned plus the much-needed supplies needed to maintain this level of hunting superiority!
A. 4 or 5 Little Debbie Cream Pie's
B. Couple of Moon Pies
C. Couple of small bags of Cheese Puffs to take into the woods.
D. 2 maybe 3 Sweet Teas
E. Bag of Peanuts
Oh and a Pocket Fisherman with a treble hook for those birds that might make it over the property line.
