This is my first ever turkey, solo hunting so pictures are not the greatest. If I do not qualify, I completely understand. I am VERY novice at turkey hunting but I wanted to venture out to more than just deer hunting. I hope all enjoy my photos :)

I found the mushrooms (Stropharia rugosoannulata) and put them in the fridge thinking if I get a bird in the next two days or so I'll make my "world famous" turkey meatballs with wild mushroom gravy. And the mandolin I just found in my mother's attic (I am in the process of selling her house) it was her father's so I'm learning to play it. The booze is always lying around so it was a natural addition to the pics😆

No, I'm still in it for two more weeks. I'm hunting a couple of close by neighboring states also, which I only occasionally (rarely) do.
It's a neat gadget but any ruler will do, I used to use a cloth tape ruler that I found I am old sewing box.
