I am probably one of many, but I am looking for a Dixon vest. I have been searching for a while and would mean a lot to be able to get one to be able to pass down to my daughter. Yea, the pricing has gone through the roof. I think the Fox vest is just as good, if not better for a lot less money, at least for now........
I bet your daughter would love any vest that was yours you could pass on to her. Don't get caught up in the limited vest craze. It's doesn't have a thing to do with hunting-killing turkeys. It's a marketing thing plain and simple. Spend that money making memories with her.
You're looking at $3500-4000 min if you're lucky. Buy a vest you like and make memories in it and pass it down, or buy a fox vest much cheaper and have some collectibility in the future.
I'm so glad I bought my 2 years ago have never worn them have tags on them went in a little roadside store and they wanted 80 a piece best 160 i ever spent

Both great vests. I sold my Dixon because on long hunts, the Claw Slings "dug in" and we're a bit uncomfortable with light clothing on. Great vest for sure......
