One positive is everything looks relatively secure. Lots of zips are a good thing and even though I don't like the little bungee closure on the left suspender, if it's just for mouth calls, then its ok I guess. The first modification for me would be adding a big wide button there instead of the hook.
Another positive is I don't think I see any rare earth magnets!
