They are some of the best I have held in my hands. I own one that sounds simply wonderful. I would highly recommend them. Very easy to play. They in my opinion are oftentimes works of art.

I love mine. Only copper I carry anymore. Plus Mike's great people. Makes a hell of a deer call too.

Agree with all that the others have said, and that his calls are easy on the eyes as well. My suggestion - if you get one, get the two sider in a stabilized ash pot. That way, in addition to the copper main surface, you can flip it upside down and get real soft on the back slate surface when need be. Mike is very easy to deal with - he is an old school guy and that is a genuine compliment in multiple ways!

Myself, as another call maker in this big industry, I can tell you Mike makes a great call, and even tho I don't know him personally, we have conversed and traded. I have one of his 3in Copper calls, and it sounds awesome. Don't second guess his work. It's excellent.
