The number of posts rule applies to sellers, not buyers. I've bought a ton of calls the last few years on this forum, all of which were extremely positive transactions from standout members, and I have a very low post total. If not careful, buyers can get screwed by fraudulent sellers which is the basis for the low post rules on selling calls, and it appears to be well documented when it, unfortunately, happens.

If you use PayPal Goods and Services you are covered, it's the only thing good about PayPal. They have refunded me more than once, they're very good about it.
Having said that, most people that I've bought from ask for F&F. They just don't want to listen to Shannon rules. Sometimes I pay the fee, that way the seller doesn't lose out direct $ and I'm protected too. If the seller refuses G&S that's a deal breaker for me and a red flag.

I keep coming back hoping to see it sold already. Every time I check and see it still available I keep looking for things to sell and googling selling my plasma. I want a Lamar and finding one available right away is not easy!
