Missing 4 guys, 2 have logged in recently, other 2 haven't logged in over a year. Sent PMs, will give it a few more days.

Update missing 5, 3 haven't been logged in since last year.

Someone on our team had a friend that wanted to join? Sorry I remember seeing post but cant find, we may need to recruit a couple of guys this year.

Glued this one up this week. It'd fool a turkey I believe,  but I feel like I can make some more tweaks and get a better sound. Gonna try to get 10-15 more built before season opens here in mid April.

Looks nice, good luck with it. Made a few calls myself a few years ago. Walnut pot with a piece of slate tile, no sound board, called up a few birds with it, killed 1, felt great making a call and it working. Let us know how it goes.

So now we have 9 members back for another year, hopefully the last 3 will show up or let us know by next week.

Jersey lottery tags are out, got 1st choice in 1st draw and 2nd choice in 2nd lottery. Now I have to try and buy the rest of tags when they go on sale next month, the one I really need and want will be the hardest, may even be sold out already through lottery.

Good luck im glad wv doesnt have that process.

We can feed but cannot hunt over the feed.  It makes getting a head count of what we have on the property...

BTW trenches don't work in Florida..we get too much rain the corn would sour.

Back where I grew up, corn was too valuable for turkeys. It was used for making liquids of some sort.

Glad to join a team fellows!!   Thanks for letting me join.  Getting a start mid April here in VA.  Had some plans for Florida but a hip replacement cancelled that plan.

Glad you were able to figure it out Ben. Now the tough part, if you want to hang banner on your posts, go back a few pages, there is some directions on how to do it. Pickup a handicap sticker and drive right out there and shoot right out of the truck!! :happy0064: :toothy12:

Had a buddy messed his hip up In a sledding accident when he was a kid with a degenerative injury. The docs told him wait as long a you can to get it replaced and we'll only have to do it once in your lifetime.

My buddy waited until he was about 30. After the procedure he said he couldn't  believe he waited so long to do it. He was playing broomball that winter!

Hey everyone! I picked up my 3rd tag for
Illinois yesterday. We can kill up to three per year here, but I've never been fortunate enough to take more than 2.

I have tags for 2nd, 3rd and 5th seasons in my home county. Each tag season is anywhere from 5-7 days and county specific.

I've got a few farms I've hunted on in the past lined up for this year and working on permission on a few others.

Did my first drive around in the morning before work today and spotted three birds in the corner of a cut corn field I have permission on. I glassed them up with the binos but couldn't tell if they were hens or gobblers through the corn stubble and distance. Didn't stick around long enough to figure it out as I'm probably a month or so away from being able to hunt still.

That's great that you're seeing some birds out, winter is still hitting us pretty good. Keep us updated.  :popcorn:

We had a super mild winter here. Trees are budding already and some folks have gotten the lawn mowers out. It's going to be an early spring here for sure.
