Want to plan a Rio hunt next year to hopefully finish up my grand slam. Texas still allows two turkeys. Oklahoma is one next year as well as Kansas. Does anyone have any suggestions for a Texas Rio outfitter? Anyone's advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Drought led to a poor hatch last year. I doubt this year will be any different. Good luck.

Or you could just post the question and appreciate peoples contribution.
Yes you could and get about the same number of replies he has so far received on the open forum in the week it's been posted. Bet he's already received an answer or two by PM. This is now pretty much a secret society when it comes to information on outfitters, public land and even specific states. Be nice if most would update their forum profile to include their state of residence. At least half don't.
Rush Creek Outfitters in TX. He hunts TX and OK. Wife and I hunted with him this spring. We had 2.5 days the place in OK was so run over with Jakes we couldn't get a gobbler to come close without having large groups of Jakes run them off. So we jumped over to TX and killed the first attempt.
Had such a great time and hunting was so good we're booked again for next spring.

We did the semi guided. Followed him out in our truck to the spots. Got our own hotel room and food.

We went with Mellon Creek this past spring, and I highly recommend them. the 2 of us killed 5 Rios in 1.5 days, and we were the last hunters of the year for them. they are covered up in turkeys.

Wildlife systems McAllen Texas. 3 of us tagged out. Plum loaded with birds.
This outfit helped me cross Texas off the list a couple years ago. Incredible lodge, absolutely four star food, cooked by an actual chef. Great turkey hunting! Here's a photo of me (dark glasses) and my Texas bird. Could've shot a second one, but I'm trying to do the super slam killing as few birds as possible.
I think you'd be very happy with this operation.
