Title: My Daughter's First Fish

I took my 22 month old daughter down to the family pond to see if she would like to fish. I borrowed a rod from my brother, tied on a rubber worm and cast it out. While the lure was in the water, I gave her a quick tutorial on how to reel the line and I was impressed on how quickly she picked it up. When I looked back up I noticed the line moving and excitedly told her to reel in the line. I then grabbed my phone and recorded her landing her first fish. I'm one proud daddy to say the least and hope this is the beggining of a lifetime of sharing the outdoors. Below is a pic of the fish and the video link. Enjoy!

She is way cute. Looked like the fish gave up just so she could catch it, then started flopping when you drug it up on land.

Thanks all! I don't know if anyone noticed the band aids on her knees but that happens everytime we come to SC. She really has fun down here and is clumsy like her mom and yes, it's a good thing she got her looks too!  ;D
