How come nobody warned me that custom pots and strikers were going to be so addictive?  :TooFunny: So many quality calls and callmakers as well as strikers. It's awesome seeing the craftsmanship that goes into each and every one. My wallet is hurting a little and my ol lady keeps threatening to kick me out everytime a new one shows up  :help:

Lol it's just beginning for him!!! I'm about 200 pot calls and 100 box calls into it... And I'm still buying them all the time. My advice for him is for every call he buys he better buy the lady something or he might be sleeping by himself Lol!!!!

It's all part of the enjoyment of turkey calling ... LOL....   What's also great about all of this is getting to meet some awesome call builders on your journey.

Stick with pots and strikers. Trumpets will really get you in trouble. Lol

If we warned every new member about the call  buying addiction, or turkey hunting products in general, they would never stick around. It would get kind of boring around here with only about 1/4 of the members we have now.

The more time I spend on this website, the more calls I buy. It's gotten a little out of hand. Do I really need 16 pot calls? Absolutely not. I'm a turkey hunter, not a call collector. As time goes by I realize I could really use about 6-8 pots total and have complicated things by buying so many. I will be slowing way down with the call purchasing going forward as at some point it is excessive although definitely fun!!

the best part to me is talking with some of the finest people who make the calls.  I learned so very much from the experience.  and yes this place with cost you money!

It hits some of the call makers to. I don't collect pots or many boxes but scratch boxes and trough calls, now that's another story. I've even jumped into using the push pin calls I have and loving every time I run one in the woods. It's a sickness and I wouldn't change anything.

No really- I've already cut way back on buying calls. I have  all the calls I will ever need and it's a waste of time and money to buy more. I'm not a call collector.
