After moving to the country in Tennessee 2 years ago, I was pleased to find that our area is loaded with turkeys. What was dismaying was in 2 years I hadn't seen a single jake. This spring that has changed.
So far this spring the wife and I have seen 5 jakes. They like to strut and gobble too. Had a super jake mount my DSD hen yesterday. This bodes well for next season. :icon_thumright:(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230503/707b670de6ca3be6aac0114f94216a81.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230503/2802b79fcc2d52866dbcdbe918b3d64f.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230503/454bbff883563dacdaf2209e63e383f5.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230503/24a409cf7d2beec55df7b83f6e6d2135.jpg)
