Tomorrow is our opener. Sprained my back leaning over to check for Thermacell refills in my vest a few minutes ago. :z-dizzy: I can't really stand up straight right now.
I had been working on a toilet, have the back tank off to replace the flush valve. Took a break before heading to town for parts and decided on my break to check my vest one final time. Bad decision. Why didn't I just put the vest on a table or something?!?!?! Ouch... :help:
And I still have to go buy the parts and put this stinkin' toilet back together! :bike2:
OUCH... I hope you get to feeling better ...
Been there, done that, and I am experiencing symptoms as we speak, but, thankfully, better today. Hope you get better soon.
Someone who's never had back issues just doesnt have a clue.

Sorry to hear that buddy! Soak in the hot tub or tub tonight with the hopes you able to get out in the woods.
I hope it settles down on you bud, I know all about back pain. Some moist hear always seemed to help mine a little, I do not let cold anywhere near my back though.
I feel your pain friend. jumped from behind a tree to scare off a black bear yesterday and sprained my back. like to never got out of the woods. been on my inversion table every three hours and the tens unit pretty regular. getting up and down is a beast but walking isn't bad. I sure hope you get back to normal soon.
Dang! I feel your pain! I messed up my back sneezing (yes, sneezing) a few years ago the night before archery season!
Could of happened to any and all of us.
Sorry to hear!
On a fishing trip my buddy had/volunteered to tie my boots. I know where your at. Get on your feet and go, just don't set down. Best of luck!
Call your doc. See if he will call in a medrol dose pack and some flexeril. Steroids will knock out the inflammation and flexeril will relax the muscles. Other, 600-800 mg of ibuprofen if you don't have any kidney issues. Good luck.
Thanks guys. It's eased up some, after moving around a bit I can walk upright now. I'll be out there in the morning. My grandson will have to tote my gobbler lounger tho. He's in Jr. High, he can handle it.
I scouted a few different birds. I'll work on the ones that I can park kind of close to.
