I don't know the details, and would be curious to see what the outcome will be. I have some doubts. I hope they get some kind of conviction, obviously a poacher. But I have a feeling the guys ego and mouth were bigger than the actual events.
I want to know just how young the son is and if he can be charged as a Juvenile defender or if over 16 as an adult. Looking at the guys age the kid COULD be quite young though. Hope he can never hunt again anywhere and he sees the inside of a prison cell.
I assume assessment of penalties, fines, and jail time have not taken place yet? If will be interesting to hear what happens to the guy. From what I have seen over the years, sufficient deterrents to keep these kinds of people from just resuming this kind of stuff are rarely applied. I suspect fines or other civil penalties and/or jail time will probably be minimal, and this guy will be at it again before too long. Hopefully, I am wrong about my pessimistic attitude....
