Barronett Blinds Pentagon Heavy-Duty Portable Hunting Blind, this is the waterproof version. I have the regular version but it leaks to much to take the camera gear into confidently. Major difference with this one is it has a garage door type opening in the back, you do not have to open the back completely, you can just unzip one side of it but that will be an option if ever needed. Having the room to move the camera gear around as well as the gun was a major decision on getting this one. Luckily I was abled to get it on payments or I would not have been able to get it as all my money is tied up in the new camera lens. One mistake I did make is I forgot to leave myself enough money for a second tripod for the second blind, I will try to find a cheap one for this year, by next year I intend to have a carbon fiber tripod though.
Nice looking blind .. congrats

Thanks. I have the Barronett Blinds OX5 blind which has the huge window but found I did not care much for that window on cooler days, you would freeze your tail off.

It is a nice blind, I do not like that the door is just a vertical slit and the camo is not my preference but it has so much room. It weighs a ton because it is the heavy duty model so you don't want to walk it in super far.

Order a battery operated fan. We got a couple at Walmart a few years ago for hurricane season. Little bigger then an I pad. Think it takes d batteries. I bring 1 with me if I sit in a blind during deer season. Itll help move some air for you. I face it to keep the wind in my favor.

To much air in the blind through the OX5 I have no problem with my other Pentagon blind. This is the window on the OX5 blind. Easier for filming I am sure but not so much for staying warm on cooler days or during deer season.
I'll keep an eye out for you. Will be up in the Finger Lakes area May 3-10.

Sounds good, let me know where and maybe we can meet up.
I'll be visiting my son and his family in Ithaca.
I'll message you when I get up there and maybe we can go to lunch.
Watkins would be roughly half way, maybe Hector for me, I am not great with distance.
