What are you guys using for chokes and tss loads in you Winchester sx3 and sx4 20 gauge

I'm using jebs tubes. I just bought a 565 tube but I have a couple 560's and an Indian creek 555 all shoot great but they also are very tight. If you need some tubes let me know I will part with the non ported jebs or the Indian creek

I shoot apex and hand loaded shells both #9's.
