Title: Help needed. Which glue for slate on wood?

I have two slate calls that the calling surface has come loose from the wood. One is cherry the other is zebra wood. What should I use to glue them back down? Any tips would be appreciated.

I don't know of shoe good is made by the same company. You can get it in household goop or plumbers goop.
