Don't turn many of my older/original styles these days, nor do I turn many Bloodwood horns. I actually built 2 Bloodwood trumpets back-to-back this week, great trumpet wood IMHO.

Yes it does look great with your original design!
Bloodwood certainly should make a great trumpet. Very nice Greg!

Thanks gents....Bloodwood is not the most exciting looking wood, but it dang sure will make a great running trumpet.
Nice call.
Nice Greg. Bloodwood is beautiful, it's just one of those woods you have to get in hand to appreciate. The chatoyancy can be incredible.

Bloodwood also makes an awesome box call lid ... especially bloodwood over a cedar box ...
I like them a lot, bet they drip turkey
Beautiful work as usual Greg.

Thanks, have done so few that I had to think about the shape before starting it.
Thanks again guys......as Terry said, Bloodwood does look cooler in person.
As usual Gregg, first class work!!!
Those are nice!
Me I like the clean lines of a older style trumpet. Don't want a brick on my neck. Look awesome.
