I've read they have done a lot of restocking and habitat efforts down there. I'm in Cass County, and hope they can start doing more here. Is there good public opportunities down there?

They have closed season in many counties, and all of Angelina National Forest.  Due to restocking, they keep all the NF around here closed to turkey hunting so no public opportunity close by.

Looks like Crown Pine Leasing, east of Jasper, will be open. Any experience over there?
