I was watching wal video a while back and the guy had a black plastic template for cutting the tape. It was recessed for the frame to sit in. So that the tape was flat to the template. Any idea where to find these??

I made one once ,with plexiglass,a dremal tool and a patern

I recall the video you're referring to. He used a 3D printer to make it. I've been meaning to produce the dimensions I want in AutoCAD so that my son can use his 3D printer to make me one. I just haven't got around to doing it. There is a specific format you need to create the file necessary for 3D printing. You could always widdle/cut one out of wood that's fairly close as well.

STL file. I've had a few parts 3D printed. Comes in handy.
