I'm going on 2 different trips this year where we are having to fly to our destination. Florida in march and Nebraska in May. What are the best packable decoys to be able to take on the trips where we have to fly? I have several Dave Smith decoys but no way they are going on a plane ride. Thanks in advance.
No experience with them but I would say Montana decoys, I am not using a decoy very often these days so I would likely just go without.
A lot of turkeys have died to the old cheap Primos decoys , i would look at the new Photoform Hen decoy from Primos ...

I second this. My two trips to the black hills many years ago we flew. I had the cheaper foam decoys then and they packed great.
When I fly now, I go decoyless to save room. But I don't use them as often as I did then.
I don't remember what the decoy is called, but I have a Primos inflatable decoy that looks pretty good and folds up flat when deflated. The inflatable body fits in a printed nylon sack shaped like a hen.
I take it when I travel to turkey hunt. Like you, I use DSD's, which are a pain to travel with.
Here is a pic of it deflated. (https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230118/1625c70f7858974a45504a03406a73cb.jpg)

I don't use decoys much when I'm running & Gunning, but I usually have this girl in the vest just in case.

They are the Primos Photoform Jake and Feeding Hen. Fold up real well into baggage, weigh nearly nothing, and IMO, are one of the most realistic looks out there. Never had any birds not come in to them. On sale right now at Roger's Sporting Goods. Good luck..
The montana purrfect packs down really tight. Comes with straps & case too. I love the montanas. When you set them up they are easy to adjust the head & tail angles & it stays where you move it.
