I have his phone number, I have called it a few times with no answer and even left a message. Does anyone know best time of day to call or certain time of year to call

Last I knew Billy was taking a break from call making and no longer taking orders.

If you talk to him make sure you pronounce his last name correctly. It's pronounced Bice like mice, ice etc.

Got ahold of him, small world appearantly. Fantastic fellow and great conversation, enjoyed picking his brain. We call all stand to hear a man like that talk. What I thought would be a 10 min phone call was almost 2 hours on the phone and I look forward to following up in person.a fine gentleman indeed
