Had a very interesting afternoon yesterday.........driving around through a little neighborhood or two on my way back from a week of beach vacation.

Pics 1 & 2........... The two houses Neil Cost lived in.......Greenwood, SC.
Pic 3........ His shop building at the second house. My one and only Cost call was built in that shop.
Pic 4............ Irving Whitt's shop. Also Greenwood, SC.
What a GREAT day getting to see and visit Neil's former residences. To stand inside his old shop.......... Then to visit with Whitt and meet a few other callmaker characters.

Yoder last evening I looked at your post and photos with no explanation, just photos.
I must say I was really starting to wonder about you and those photos.
At first I thought you might have gotten into real estate sales. Then it was, what am I missing about these photos? What am looking at? Is this a game, are we playing find the turkey? Is he waiting to see who the dumb- is going to be and ask what that is laying in the dirt in photo #4?
I went to bed questioning myself and wondered if I doubled up on my meds or is this just a case some residual drug usage kicking in from years ago? I didn't know!
I'm glad I reopened it up this morning. Thank you for the explanation. So those are the homes of some master call makers. Very Cool!

I really didn't know if anyone would pick up on anything from the first 3 pics. The (incomplete) house number in the first pic is really the only clue as to what any of those first 3 pics are of. Whitt's shop is kinda unique and iconic IF you have any connection to Irving. You'd recognize it. But really, only then. But, yeah........ I was mostly messing with everyone. Messing AND curious to see IF anyone's lightbulb would come on. ;D
