I am looking for a good loud aluminum call? Who makes a good one? I have been looking at the Woodhaven aluminum call. But wanted to asked before i buy one. I like using one on windy .

I'm the last person to ask, for want of much experience running aluminum.
But I really like the sound of it when run quiet for early mornings, too. Carries great, but you get about as close as you can on a pot call to that abrupt, raspy finish that you hear from trumpets. So don't just think of it as a windy day call.
That said, listen to other people more.

I love my Paul Platz cherry aluminum... If you ever get a chance to get one get it. Lonzo makes a really really good one too!!!

Wendell Rye anodized aluminum in a canary wood preferably.
Matt Van Cise (High Class Calls) anodized aluminum. (I would be willing to sell one of these if you're interested)
Gooserbat stoned aluminum...picked one up from his odds and ends pots a couple of years ago and it's the best $30 call the woods have ever seen.
Wendell Rye anodized aluminum in a canary wood preferably.

Another vote for Enticer aluminum. Comes in a corian pot that you can flip over, rough up and get some really sweet soft calling.

I was fortunate to pickup an anodized aluminum call from a member on the forum, it was from Buster - Larry Halford ... The wood was Hormigo, talking with Buster he said this was anodized aluminum material that a member sent him and he made the pot call, he said this call was a rare call because he doesn't make many aluminum calls .. the call sounds awesome. IMO

I've been very interested in one of the Enticer Aluminum calls. Obviously these are high quality calls but he plays them with a very unique style in his demo vids. Does anyone know of a vid or sound file of one being played in a more traditional fashion? Id love to hear one. Thanks for any help!

I recently got a couple Brad Roberts aluminum calls.. After running them for several days now they have definitely jumped close to the top for me... I earlier said Platz cherry aluminum but these two from Robert's are smoking.... I will add Lonzo to the list as well wood or acrylic from him is smoking. Especially my yellow heart aluminum/ aluminum.
