Hi all,
I'm getting ready for my spring turkey hunt and found my Avian X feeder hen has a leak. I like my decoy and I'd prefer to replace it over fixing it as I don't want to have my fix fail while I'm in the field. I'm seeing there is now a HDR and LCD decoy line. The Avian X website does a very poor job with descriptions. Just based on differences in pictures, I'm guessing one is one collapsible/blow up and the other is not? Assuming this is true, I don't deflate mine anyway, so any reason not to go with the non-inflatable?
I think you are correct about the difference. I would recommend a DSD in non inflatable!

Thanks for the advice. I do own one DSD decoy. I run and gun and it is too large for my purposes. I have only used it a few times when taking my kids out in a blind. Unless the DSD are smaller now, I'd prefer the Avian X.
I have both. The HDR is not collapsible it's a hard body unlike the LCD.
Check out the new Primos LIL gobstopper, good looking decoy for the money!
