A thread just for the misfits, post your pics!
Here's a pair...mora over black gum, and chakte viga over black limba. Each of those rails has a few different turkeys. The misfit is a fantastic box call design with an amazing range of turkey talk.

For you guys that have misfits, do you prefer using them over Marlin's fiddle box or longbox? I have purchased 3 fiddle boxes and a longbox from Mr. Marlin and they are all sound great to me. I'm thinking about getting a misfit at some point. Do you have a favorite misfit combo? Thanks for your response!

I have multiple duplicate calls with the same wood combos and none of them sound like one another.
He doesn't tune a call to sound the same as another of the same wood combo. He finds the turkey in that particular call and stops.
