I Think Sanatorium here makes them, I am pretty tired right now though so please don't quote me on that. Best thing to do would be to contact him. I am sorry if I am mistaken.

Rick Howard out of New York. PM for phone number. Have had him make me several cow horn and turned howlers. Top notch. Although not certain he still makes them.
