I don't typically use a blind but I will be taking my kids. Last year we sat in a pop up and I just felt stuck . Do any of you have experience with quick blinds ? I'm looking at the dash panel blind and the nukem blind. The primos one looks hard to shoot out of. Share your experiences and recommendations.
HS Strut made a great panel bid that rolls up and I pop in the back of my vest.
Primos has a roll up blind with adjustable height that worked great for my daughters.

Make your own. Wooden dowels painted sharpen with camo burlap and old military camo netting. Had worked for me.
Sounds dangerous, I wouldn't recommend it.

I helped develop one for Barronett blinds called the field Sheild. Check it out it's extremely well made and will last lots of season. Very light and packable.

Thanks for the ideas
I used to use one made by Hunter Specialties called the backpacker. best one i ever used but they stopped making them . I think that field shield one looks promising, but they are out of stock . These days I don't use one at all but i can see where taking a child it would be useful.
The Primos Stake Out works great, you will want a low profile turkey hunting chair in it though. I have used 2 at a time when another hunter is with, double up on the coverage.

Ameristep Throwdown blind or the primos up-n-down stakeout blind have worked great for me.

I have one similar to this. Can't remember the brand?? Very handy if you have to set up in open areas in a rush. I will say it not like a fully enclosed blind and you'll still have to watch your movement and watch out for any glare etc...
