Charcoaled fired honey BBQ chicken slow cooking sitting on water soaked maple blanks on the grill. Roasted Vidalia onion, corn bread, and pasta salad.

Ive been in charge of the grill. I got back inside and blackeyed peas with onions and sliced strawberries had been added to the menu.

And freshed brewed southern sweet tea.

Man, lunch was so good. I had to keep on grilling tonight.

Tonights menu

Jamican rum and coke

New York strip with an A1, honey, pepper medly, brown sugar glaze, I make it myself

Noodles and Almonds ( rotoni noodles, with poppy seeds, and almonds that have been browned in butter, the butter goes on the noodles too)

Texas toast

Zucchini and vidalia onions, salt and peppered, drizzled with olive oil, steamed on the grill with the steak.

I just put all the legs from my turkeys this spring in a bring for overnight. I am going to smoke them tomorrow.
