Title: I am home
Post by: TClark on June 02, 2011, 04:45:14 PM
I am home and it's so wonderful to be here after 6 weeks in Cleveland Clinic.
I couldn't recommend that place high enough....just couldn't do it justice!
I had a heart pump put in May 3rd and I'm doing fine...God gets all praise glory and honor!!

Still need that heart transplant and go back for another evaluation in November. Need  time to mend from these surgery's.  We will still have to go back once a week for 6 weeks, then every two weeks then once a month for a while so they can monitor my progress.

I was enjoying re-hab and got up to 15 minutes on the tread mill. Don't sound like much, but I couldn't do one minute before.
God is so good....all the time!!!

Take care and be blessed,
Terry
(To bless in the biblical sense means to ask for or to impart supernatural favor. Proverbs 10:22  The Lords Blessing is our greatest wealth; all our work adds nothing to it.)
Faith sees the invisible, believes the incredible and receives the impossible!

God IS, good all the time!!

Glad to read your physical health is improving and your spiritual health is strong.

Continue with the rehab even when home if the Dr. allows it.

God Bless,
David B.

No need to watch it on youtube - I work in surgery so I can see it first hand! Our department services and maintains all the medical equipment in the hospital. They do quite a few VADs here so we get to service and keep track of all that equipment. What kind of equipment did you get? Abiomed?
