That's great, thanks for posting it
Neil made a call for me in 1979. After a couple phone calls I decided upon one with a walnut lid, mahogany body. Very expensive...$29. Has led to the demise of more than a few gobblers.
Excellent !!! Thank you !!!
Thanks for sharing, proud to own one of Lamar calls, checkered walnut / mahogany

That's a very special call you got directly from the master himself, now that's a true heirloom, that's awesome!
I got one from Lamar in 2009 that I cherish. Unfortunately, I'm a bit too young to have had one made from Neil Cost and I'm not buying used because of authenticity concerns and they cost a little more than your $29 now!
Enjoyable video-thanks!
Very good video thanks for sharing!
Good video - thanks for posting.
I own 2 of Lamar's boxes - one is a boatpaddle with red cedar over
yellow poplar he made for me in 1994, and the other is a checkered short box with black walnut over mineral poplar he made for me in 2010.
Great calls from an even greater man.
Both great men
Neil was exceptionally friendly and helpful to others on all things turkey hunting and call making ...he was like a kid on Christmas morning at the convention
They were always at the Florida convention and always together
Lamars calls sound so good ! Really , really nice sound to them
