Pa turkey hunters, anyone seeing any poults in your area? Here in the eastern part of state, they are very few sightings with the hunters that I talked to. A buddy of mine saw 3 adult hens together with 1 poult each. Seems like another poor hatch this year.

Two weeks ago, saw 6 hens over the course of a few days in the big woods of north central PA, zero poults with them.
Saw 7 hens together saturday no little ones 3 hens sunday different place no little ones western Pa
None of that sounds good at all
I have 6 hens with 23 poults outside my shop right now. This is very encouraging for me. Last year, 11 hens walking around with one poult. I hope these make it through the summer.
Wow! 23 poults is great to hear about. I like hearing about multiple hens with poults. How big are the poults?
About quail size I'd say maybe a little bigger.
23, that is great to hear. Hopefully most of them make it threw to adulthood.

Ours here in Eastern NC are the size of Funky Chickens right now and are very easy to see. Hopefully you guys in PA aren't seeing them as much due to their size and the hens are keeping them hidden. Give them another month and see if numbers pick up.
Here's a picture of them
