I sure wish some of you call makers lived close to North Alabama I have seen a lot of cedar,locus,persimmon oak ,and hickory Just for the taking. I personally have a lot of red cedar. oatsj :)

I just located a pecan log here in town that washed about 200 yards down a creek and ended up on the back lot of a restaraunt. This bad boy is at least 24" through at the base and would have about a 12' log if I could haul it. Likely it will make some really good smelling firewood this winter...
