I'm wondering how the total pellet count compares in 20 ga Magnum Blend to a load of straight 7's. I could open one of each up and count them myself, but I'm a cheapskate. Obviously there will be more 7's but how many more? With all the wondering minds here, I bet somebody with more time and money than me has done it already. Thanks!
Pretty sure if you look around, maybe even Envirometal/Hevishot website, they have a listing for pellets/Oz.
Then just multiply by the Oz shot shell you have for a total
Also, I believe, if I'm remembering correctly, the Hevi has slag shape pieces of all sizes mixed in...so the true count probably varies?

You are correct. But you need to know the percentage of 5's, 6's and 7's in the total load. I am overthinking this like I do so many things. I'm just forget the question and go kill a turkey. ;)
