Title: Anticipating new Neil Cost book
Post by: GobbleGitr on March 02, 2021, 10:56:31 PM
The trilogy of book on Neil Cost by Branton & Berryhill is going to now be a quartet.  It was announced today that, using original material from Neil, a fourth and final book in that series is being published this spring, called 'It Was Quite A Party'.  Love that name-wish I could have met Mr. Cost.  I do like reading about him, and talking to those of you who did know him.  Sounds like there are only 1500 books printed as limited numbered series, just like the others (and they have certainly increased in value!). I went to http://brantonberryhill.com/ and the book can be pre ordered at $50 bucks shipped...wish I could get the first 3 for that!!

I ordered a copy and have been reading it.  Truly enjoyable read about a very courageous and talented person.  For any of you that love to read about turkey calls and turkey hunting, I highly recommend "It Was Quite A Party"

The 4th book is a good read.

Ray Berryhill was at Unicoi.  Turns out, they found a small quantity of over-runs of the first 3 books.  They were selling the set for about $150, IIRC.  There MAY be a small umber still left.  Not certain.
