I believe Sir-diealot asked, a while back, about an Ash pot call. Here is the first one I have done. Ash tree killed by beetles at my place, then cut down, milled and air dried for 3 years. Best part is she sounds great! I only have enough wood for 1,500 more so if you want one you better hurry, haha. Thanks for looking guys.

Nice work ,,, i turn lot ash makes for good sounding call
Yes it was I whom asked, looks really nice, you did a good job on it. Would like to hear it. I have done a bit of collecting Tulipwood and Persimmon, Ash may be another, lots of memories working in the woods with my father and cutting down ash and other hardwood's, he was a Union construction worker so we did a lot of cutting for ourselves and we sold it as well to help sustain us through the Winter months when there was little if any construction work because of weather (Niagara Falls, Buffalo area) I was sure happy when he got the hydraulic splitter, did a lot by hand which was not easy with my depth perception problems, I think I spent a small fortune on new handles for the maul.
