I was looking to buy some delrin rods and looked on amazon and ebay.i read derlin is acetal homopolymer but most of what I am finding is Acetal Copolymer. Is this what I need? Thanks any help is appreciated
Delrin comes in both forms, the Copolymer is generally described as more difficult to machine, I use the Homopolymer which is a general grade plastic and fine for mouthpieces.
Ok thank you, I used the copolymer on the last few I made and just wanted to make sure it was ok. If you don't mind me asking where do you order yours from?I'm gonna look for some homopolymer. Thanks again
