My sister sent me this pic she got from her boss.....incredibly sad...for the people and the wildlife too.

Is her boss Troy Ruiz formerly of Primos...because he had that same pic on his facebook page recently

I believe this pic was taken on Stubbs Island, a hunting club in MS on the MS River..

Coming back across I-20 through Vicksburg from New Mexico,the river looked like it was really getting swollen last month.
