Title: Morels?
Post by: fallsflight on May 20, 2011, 03:51:14 PM
Found these while turkey hunting this morning.  Are these the real deal?  The only mushrooms i know for sure are puffballs and goats beard.  They aren't as nice as looking as some of the ones I have seen on the site, but I assume they are still morels.  Does the saying...hollow you can swallow, thick you'll get sick hold true?

I searched google and sure enough, they are Snake Head Morels!  They are very tasty!
